They distinguish a number of segments\/applications that all have their own special lighting requirements and due to the harsh environment the modules are used in a certain quality\/robustness level is required and needs to be maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Field Quality Engineer I was responsible for investigating field returns to figure out the root cause and to investigate, propose and implement possible solutions\/improvements to prevent reoccurrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My main activities were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse field returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Root cause analysis using the 8D root cause analysis method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and propose improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create pareto\u00b4s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My investigations and proposals have led to a number of improvements that have significantly reduced the failure rate of the newer generation top and inter lighting modules.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Horticulture LED solutions develops and sells LED lighting solutions intended for horticulture.
